When managing an end-to-end sporting event, the biggest hurdle is consistency. Most events struggle with a "patchwork" look where the logo doesn't match the backdrops, and the game graphics feel disconnected. For this massive project, the challenge was to create a unified visual language that felt as prestigious and organized as the Olympics, ensuring every athlete and spectator felt part of a professional, world-class experience.

Designing for the Fan and Athlete Journey
We mapped out the entire "Event Journey" from the moment a participant sees the first social media teaser to the second they stand in front of the winner’s backdrop. We realized that for an event to feel "big," the branding needs to be everywhere but never distracting. Our goal was to create a high-energy visual system that looked incredible on a smartphone screen and even better on a 20-foot stadium banner
